Three Year Old Curly Girl Shares Her Favorite Curl Products!

Curlee Girlee of the Week is Solana Rae, a three year old curly girl from NYC with a huge personality! She is Puerto Rican and Nigerian. She is currently being homeschooled by mom. She loves toys, she is a big fan of LOL dolls, Crybabies, and Hatchimals. She loves to talk about everything and is very inquisitive about the world around her. One of her favorite books at the moment is Ada Twist Scientist by Andrea Beaty, some of her favorite movies are UP, Monsters University, and The Little Mermaid. Her favorite song for a while has been Panini by Lil Nas X.

Solana is really into tutu dresses, sparkles, and the color pink! She loves to play dress up and owns many different costumes. She enjoys when her mom styles her, she doesn’t have a specific style, it really depends on her mood! She is really into sunglasses and hair accessories.

Solana Rae’s hair curl type is between a 3C and 4A,  and her mother has type 3A curly hair! One thing her mother stresses is using protective hairstyles for bed, satin pillowcases and/or bonnets, and to always keep your hair moisturized. She says that water is your hair’s best friend! She always starts off with it before adding any product, and it makes the detangling process so much easier on Solana Rae’s hair! Her mom only uses two products on Solana Rae’s hair lately and those are: Just For Me Curl Peace line and Just Be-Unique Hair Care. One of her mother’s favorite protective styles for bedtime is two strand twists, which she uses all the time and swears by the results!
